Construction Notices
In order to provide world-class theming and accommodations for guests to enjoy for years to come, Disney will be performing construction at the below Resorts. Please note that this list is subject to change and is not an exhaustive list of all construction projects on Disney Property.
Disney's Bay Lake Tower
Disney's Bay Lake Tower is currently undergoing refurbishment projects including its running trail through mid-May 2022. From January 9, 2023 through early-April 2023, the feature pool and whirlpool spas at the adjacent Contemporary Resort will be closed. Guests may notice this construction activity, but it should only be heard between the hours of 9:00 AM to dusk.
Disney's Grand Floridian
Disney's Grand Floridian is currently undergoing refurbishment and some of its amenities may be unavailable to guests during their stay here. Guests may see or hear construction during daytime hours.
Beginning June 18, 2022 until an undetermined later in 2022, Narcoossee's will be unavailable due to refurbishment.
Disney's Saratoga Springs
The High Rock Spring Pool and On the Rocks Pool Bar at Disney's Saratoga Springs will be closed for refurbishment from early January 2023 through late March 2023. Guests may notice this construction activity, but it should only be heard between the hours of 9:00 AM to dusk.
