When To Rent
Due to high demand for many of the DVC Resorts, it is highly recommended to make your rental reservation as far in advance (up to 11 months out) as possible. There is limited availability for all Disney Deluxe Villas and some resorts are harder to secure accommodations for than others. Below are general guidelines to follow on when you should submit an Availability Request to DVC Rental Pros based on your chosen date of travel. Please do note that these are general guidelines that do not replace DVC Rental Pros from checking the actual availability and all rental requests should be submitted as far in advance as possible up to 11 months out from your desired check-in date.
